This course was written to provide an essential basic understanding of PV installation for those who are just entering the solar PV industry.
The course covers an introduction to solar PV and system components, installation practices, code compliance and safety with equipment and for personnel.
There are five parts to the course
This course is written specifically for all who currently, or are planning to inspect PV systems for code compliance.
The first course Course material spans both the 2017 through 2023 NEC with the changes in each version highlighted. The first course will introduce you to PV ssytems, compens, design paramters, general code compliance and the most comon safety concerns:
Completion of Solairgen training courses will provide the individual with an expanded knowledge and understanding of the construction trade. These courses are supplemental and not primary to become a licensed professional construction contractor.
