PV Associate Technician

The associate technician course bundle consists of two courses, PV201 and PV202.

These two courses provide a person entering the PV industry with the ability to perform site assessments and configure PV systems designs. It also prepares and qualifies the person for a first level certification, the NABCEP PV Associate Credential.

PV201 is the prerequisite course for the NABCEP PV Associate Credential exam.
PV202 teaches the principals of site assessment and system designs for residential and commercial interactive PV system and energy storage PV systems.

PV201 Introduction to PV Design and Installation equals 30 hours on the basics of solar PV.
PV202 Technical Design equals 24 advanced training hours.

When taken separately, the total course price adds up to $920. When purchased as a package the total price is $690, a 25% savings. 

Completion of Solairgen training courses will provide the individual with an expanded knowledge and understanding of the construction trade. These courses are supplemental and not primary to become a licensed professional construction contractor.
